happyhotel, a Germany-based revenue management software provider for independent hotels, has raised €6.5 million in Series A funding. This funding will help the company pivot from a traditional software platform to an AI-driven agent model. The round was led by Reimann Investors, with participation from existing backers including Start-up BW Innovation Fund, Seed + Speed Ventures, and Wecken & Cie.

Happyhotel has secured €6.5 million in Series A funding, led by Reimann Investors, to enhance its growth across Europe. The funding aims to address challenges faced by independent hotels, such as rising costs and staffing shortages, by providing an AI-driven revenue management solution. Happyhotel has raised a total of €8.8 million to date and optimizes pricing for over 50,000 hotel rooms across 12 countries, managing more than €1 billion in annual hotel revenue.
